About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Vlocity (OmniStudio) Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Salesforce development and OmniStudio solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing scalable Salesforce Industry Cloud solutions using OmniStudio components and Apex development.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain Salesforce OmniStudio (Vlocity) solutions.
- Build and configure OmniScripts, FlexCards, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, and Calculation Procedures.
- Develop custom Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, and SOQL.
- Integrate Salesforce with external systems using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.
- Optimize application performance and troubleshoot production issues.
- Participate in code reviews and follow Salesforce development best practices.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security and sharing models.
- Support deployment activities using Salesforce DevOps tools and CI/CD pipelines.
- Create and maintain technical documentation.
Required SkillsSalesforce Skills
- Strong experience with Salesforce Platform development.
- Expertise in Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, and Scheduled Apex.
- Hands-on experience with Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Data Model, Security Model, and Sharing Rules.
- Experience with SOQL, SOSL, and Governor Limits.

Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related field.
Required Experience
- Minimum 4+ years of Salesforce Development experience.
- Minimum 2+ years of hands-on OmniStudio (Vlocity) development experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Experience in client-facing projects and requirement discussions.
