Open Positions
1. Telecalling Executive
Responsibilities:
- Contact donors, supporters, and beneficiaries via phone.
- Explain NGO projects, campaigns, and initiatives.
- Generate leads and maintain call records.
- Follow up with existing and potential donors.
- Coordinate with the team for campaign-related activities.
2. Field Officer
Responsibilities:
- Conduct field visits for awareness and fundraising activities.
- Represent the NGO at community events and campaigns.
- Build relationships with donors and supporters.
- Assist in project implementation and beneficiary support.
- Submit regular activity and progress reports.
Eligibility
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
- Minimum qualification: HSC/Graduate (preferred).
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to work for a social cause.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
