Splash Gain HR Consultancy LLC is looking for a smart, well-presented, and customer-focused Front Office Executive / Receptionist to manage front desk operations and serve as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, students, and candidates.
The ideal candidate should possess excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and assist visitors, clients, students, and candidates in a courteous and professional manner.
- Manage the front desk and ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
- Handle incoming and outgoing telephone calls, emails, and enquiries.
- Direct calls and enquiries to the appropriate departments.
- Maintain visitor records and appointment schedules.
- Coordinate meetings and manage conference room bookings.
- Follow up with prospective candidates and students as instructed by the management team.
- Assist in maintaining candidate and student databases and records.
- Receive, sort, and distribute incoming mail, courier packages, and documents.
- Maintain office files, records, and administrative documents.
- Ensure the reception area is neat, organized, and presentable at all times.
- Provide administrative support to recruitment and training teams as required.
- Coordinate with vendors and support basic office administration activities.
Candidate Profile
- Graduate in any discipline.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in reception, front office, customer service, or administration is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication and interpersonal skills may also apply.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Malayalam. Knowledge of Hindi or Arabic will be an added advantage.
- Pleasant personality with a professional appearance and positive attitude.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic computer applications.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
