About the Role
Address Men's Apparels is looking for enthusiastic and customer-focused Sales Assistants to join our retail team. The ideal candidate will assist customers, support daily store operations, and contribute to delivering an excellent shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet and assist customers in a professional manner.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Support the sales team in achieving store targets.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the sales floor.
- Assist with stock arrangement, replenishment, and inventory management.
- Handle customer queries and provide product information.
- Ensure merchandise is displayed attractively and according to store standards.
Requirements
- 0–2 years of experience in retail, sales, or customer service.
- Freshers with good communication skills are encouraged to apply.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
- Basic understanding of customer service principles.
