Conduct routine walk-throughs to spot unsafe conditions, such as flawed scaffolding,
unguarded trenches, or faulty heavy machinery.
Perform daily or task-specific risk assessments to evaluate potential dangers and
establish preventive controls before work begins.
Ensure all personal protective equipment (PPE), tools, and heavy machinery meet
safety and regulatory standards.
Maintain comprehensive documentation, training logs, and inspection records to
ensure compliance during surprise government audits.
Conduct onboarding and toolbox talks to educate workers and subcontractors on
safe operating procedures and site-specific risks.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
