Cluster Purchase Manager
Honar Group is a luxury hospitality company operating award-winning boutique hotels and premium dining destinations in Jaipur, including The Johri Jaipur, 28 Kothi, and The Sarvato Jaipur.
We are seeking an experienced Cluster Purchase Manager to lead procurement across all Honar Group properties.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Procurement
- Develop and execute procurement strategies for hotel operations, restaurants, housekeeping, engineering, spa, and administration.
- Source premium-quality products while maintaining cost efficiency.
- Build long-term relationships with local artisans, specialty suppliers, and luxury brands.
Vendor Management
- Identify, evaluate, onboard, and audit vendors.
- Negotiate pricing, payment terms, contracts, and service-level agreements.
- Maintain an approved vendor database with alternate sourcing options.
Cost Control
- Monitor food cost, beverage cost, operating supplies, and capital purchases.
- Conduct market surveys and benchmark pricing.
- Deliver measurable annual procurement savings without compromising quality.
Inventory & Stores
- Oversee purchasing, receiving, stores, and inventory controls.
- Ensure optimum stock levels and minimize wastage.
- Monitor slow-moving and obsolete inventory.
Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure procurement complies with company policies, statutory regulations, and audit requirements.
- Verify GST documentation, invoices, purchase orders, and goods receipt records.
- Maintain procurement records for internal and external audits.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Work closely with Executive Chefs, F&B, Housekeeping, Engineering, Finance, and Operations teams.
- Support new menu development, seasonal sourcing, and project procurement requirements.
Profile requirement
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Commerce, Business Administration, or Hospitality Management.
- 4–10 years of procurement experience in luxury hotels, boutique hospitality, or premium restaurants.
- Strong network of hospitality vendors across Rajasthan and North India.
- Excellent negotiation, analytical, and vendor management skills.
- Proficiency in ERP/PMS, inventory management systems, and advanced MS Excel.
Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
