- Lead the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, and onboarding.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle from hiring to exit formalities.
- Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with labour laws.
- Oversee payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and statutory compliance (PF, ESI, PT, Gratuity).
- Drive employee performance management, appraisals, goal setting, and increment cycles.
- Plan and execute employee engagement, recognition, and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate learning & development programs to enhance employee skills and productivity.
- Handle employee relations, grievance resolution, disciplinary actions, and POSH compliance.
- Maintain accurate employee records and HRMS data.
- Partner with department heads for workforce planning and manpower requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and generate reports for management decision-making.
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
