Office Management: Oversee daily administrative operations, ensuring the workspace is organized, well-equipped, and adequately stocked with necessary supplies.Coordination & Scheduling: Manage calendars, arrange meetings, and book travel itineraries for staff and executives.Documentation & Filing: Maintain physical and digital records, contracts, employee documents, and manage internal databases.Vendor & Facility Management: Liaise with vendors, service providers, and building management to negotiate rates and resolve maintenance issues.Cross-Functional Support: Assist HR, Finance, and leadership teams with onboarding, expense reports, and generating operational reports.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
