Role Overview
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Tutor Hiring Associate to manage the complete tutor recruitment lifecycle. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding qualified tutors across multiple curricula and subjects while ensuring the highest hiring standards. This role requires excellent communication, strong evaluation skills, and the ability to build a high-quality tutor network to support our global student base.
Key Responsibilities
- Source qualified tutors through LinkedIn, Indeed, Naukri, social media platforms, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of tutors across various subjects and international curricula.
- Screen resumes and evaluate candidates based on academic qualifications, teaching experience, communication skills, and subject expertise.
- Conduct telephonic and virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate subject demonstrations, assessments, and interview schedules.
- Verify academic credentials, certifications, employment history, and other required documents.
- Manage the complete recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
- Collaborate with Academic, Operations, and Customer Success teams to understand hiring requirements and ensure timely fulfillment.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Meet hiring targets while maintaining high recruitment quality standards.
- Continuously improve sourcing strategies to attract top-quality educators.
Eligibility Criteria
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
- 1–3 years of experience in Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Tutor/Teacher Hiring.
- Prior experience in the Education or EdTech industry will be an added advantage.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Strong interviewing, assessment, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to manage multiple hiring requirements and work in a fast-paced environment.
- High level of professionalism, ownership, and attention to detail.
