Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, target-driven, and customer-focused Immigration Consultant (Inside Sales) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound leads, counselling prospective clients, identifying suitable immigration or study abroad options, and converting enquiries into successful registrations.
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound and outbound enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and walk-ins.
Counsel clients on Study Abroad, PR, Work Permit, Visitor Visa, and other immigration programs.
Assess client profiles and recommend suitable countries, courses, universities, or immigration pathways.
Explain eligibility criteria, documentation requirements, timelines, costs, and application procedures.
Build strong relationships with prospective clients through regular follow-ups.
Convert enquiries into registrations while achieving monthly sales targets.
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and client interactions in the CRM system.
Coordinate with the documentation and visa processing teams to ensure a smooth client experience.
Stay updated on immigration policies, university admissions, visa regulations, and market trends.
Participate in seminars, education fairs, promotional events, and branch activities whenever required.
Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the client journey.
Required Skills

Target-oriented with the ability to work under pressure.
Good presentation and counselling skills.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM systems, MS Office, and email communication.
Ability to multitask and manage multiple client enquiries effectively.
Eligibility
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Freshers with excellent communication skills are welcome to apply.
Experience in Immigration, Study Abroad, Education Counselling, Telecalling, or Inside Sales will be an added advantage.
Fluency in English is mandatory; knowledge of Malayalam, Hindi, or Tamil is preferred.
