We’re expanding our Infrastructure team and looking for a sharp, detail-oriented Architect/Junior Architect who enjoys planning, optimization, and compliance-driven design.
Role Focus (Day-to-Day)
Your core responsibility will be to develop CBSE-compliant 2D concept layouts for Pre-Schools and K-12 schools, including:
- Space planning & adjacency planning
- Classroom / toilet / circulation compliance checks
- Concept-level 2D drawings and layout iterations
- Quick revisions based on internal discussions and feasibility constraints
Important Note:
This role is primarily concept planning + compliance documentation.
The design is not taken into detailed design development / façade / interiors / site execution by this role.
Software
AutoCAD (must)
SketchUp / Rhino / Revit / Blender (good to have)
Any suitable rendering engine (optional)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
