Hiring: VNA Trainer
Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad
Salary: Up to ₹9 LPA
Experience: 5+ Years
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct training on Voice & Accent (VNA) for employees
- Improve communication, pronunciation, and fluency
- Evaluate trainees through mock sessions and assessments
- Design customized training plans based on individual needs
- Work closely with operations to enhance customer interaction quality
Requirements:
- Minimum 5+ years of experience as a VNA/Soft Skills Trainer
- Excellent command over English (neutral accent preferred)
- Strong coaching and mentoring abilities
- Experience in US/UK voice processes is an added advantage
