Job Summary
As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be responsible for identifying potential business opportunities, engaging with decision-makers, generating qualified leads, and driving revenue growth by promoting Collidius Cloud's Cybersecurity, Cloud, and XaaS solutions. This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy consultative selling, relationship building, and achieving ambitious sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and qualify B2B leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, referrals, and other prospecting methods.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable Cybersecurity, Cloud, and XaaS solutions.
- Schedule product demonstrations and meetings with prospective clients.
- Develop and maintain a healthy sales pipeline using CRM tools.
- Build strong relationships with IT managers, business owners, and key decision-makers.
- Follow up with prospects throughout the sales cycle until closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
- Coordinate with technical and pre-sales teams to deliver effective customer solutions.
- Maintain accurate sales records, reports, and customer interactions.
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 2–4 years of experience in Inside Sales, B2B Technology Sales, Cloud Sales, or IT Sales.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, and persuasion abilities.
- Interest or knowledge in Cybersecurity, Cloud Computing (AWS, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud), or IT Solutions.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and results-driven.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred
- Experience selling SaaS, Cybersecurity, Cloud Services, Managed IT Services, or Enterprise Technology solutions.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms such as HubSpot, Zoho CRM, Salesforce, or similar.
- Experience in outbound prospecting and lead generation.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
