URGENTLY HIRING – Customer Support Executive
Location: K K Nagar, Madurai.
mmediate Requirement – Telugu Speaking Candidates
Language Requirement (Mandatory):
Candidates must be fluent in Telugu
(Tamil + English தெரிந்திருந்தால் கூடுதல் advantage)
Daily customer interactions Telugu language-ல இருக்கும்.
Job Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via Calls, Chat & WhatsApp
- Assist with turf bookings, cancellations & app support
- Coordinate with turf owners for booking confirmation
- Provide quick and polite resolutions
- Maintain records and follow-ups
Requirements:
✔ Good communication skills
✔ Basic mobile app knowledge
✔ Ability to handle multiple conversations
✔ Freshers can also apply
