Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive
We are looking for a Hotel Sales and Marketing Executive drives revenue by securing corporate accounts, managing group bookings, and promoting hotel services. They create marketing campaigns, analyze market trends, conduct site inspections, and maintain strong client relationships to achieve targets. Typical requirements include 2+ years of experience, strong communication.
- Sales & Revenue Generation: Actively source new corporate accounts, travel agents, and group business through sales calls, networking, and site inspections.
- Marketing & Promotions: Execute social media campaigns, create digital content, and promote special events to increase brand awareness.
- Client Relationship Management (CRM): Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and high customer satisfaction.
- Market Research & Strategy: Analyze competitors, monitor market trends, and assist in developing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Reporting & Administration: Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly performance reports and manage the sales database.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Experience: Usually 2-3 years of experience in hotel sales, marketing, or a customer-facing role within the hospitality industry.
- Skills: Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Digital Literacy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, and social media platforms.
- Education: A degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field is preferred
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
