Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our team. The ideal candidate should have a strong sense of storytelling, visual aesthetics, and the ability to transform raw footage into engaging content for digital platforms.
Key Responsibilities
- Edit raw video footage into high-quality, engaging content
- Add effects, transitions, graphics, and sound to enhance videos
- Collaborate with the marketing/content team to understand project requirements
- Create videos for social media platforms (Instagram, YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.)
- Ensure brand consistency in all video outputs
- Optimize videos for different platforms and formats
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Required Skills
- Proficiency in video editing tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Final Cut Pro
- Basic knowledge of motion graphics and animation
- Strong understanding of storytelling and pacing
- Knowledge of color grading and sound editing
- Familiarity with social media trends and video formats
- Attention to detail and creativity
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Media, Film, or related field
- Experience in creating reels, short-form, and promotional videos
- Portfolio showcasing previous work
