Roles & Responsibility:-
Work with Product Owner and Business Teams to understand the requirements and come up with solutions
Work as an On-Call associate and need to support/fix the issues based on the abends raised by other teams.
Good hands-on and working knowledge on COBOL,DB2, JCL, CNTL-M, Native and External Stored Procedures
Strong communication skills to handle business teams
Technical Skill Set:-
- Experience in analyzing the requirements and come up with the design solutions
- Need to quickly analyze/understand the business queries and provide solutions
- Need to have knowledge on CNTL-M. Also need to fix the batch abends in the batch processing
- Should have good knowledge on DB2 and quickly understand the DB2 tables and write COBOL-DB2 programs and Stored procedures (Native and External)
- Hands on experience on JCL,PROC and Parm cards
Skills:-
Hands on experience on COBOL, DB2, Stored Procedures and JCL programming. Should be able to design, develop and test the code based on requirements.
Need to have good knowledge on CNTL-M
Knowledge on ETL and Capital Markets
