Job Title: Sales Consultant – Hyundai
Location: Rohtak (or your dealership location)

Job Purpose :
Responsible for generating car sales, handling walk-in customers, follow-ups, and closing deals. This is a target-driven role — performance is judged purely on conversions and revenue.
Key Responsibilities1. Customer Handling
- Attend showroom walk-in customers and understand their requirements
- Explain features of Hyundai vehicles (like i20, Verna, Venue, etc.)
- Arrange test drives
2. Sales Conversion
- Convert inquiries into bookings
- Achieve monthly sales targets (non-negotiable in dealership)
- Upsell accessories, insurance, and finance options
3. Lead Management
- Handle leads from:
- Walk-ins
- Online platforms
- Tele-calling / data provided by company
- Daily follow-up on hot & cold leads
4. Documentation & Process
- Maintain customer records and booking details
- Coordinate with finance & insurance teams
- Ensure proper documentation for vehicle delivery
5. Customer Relationship
- Maintain post-sale follow-up
- Ensure customer satisfaction for future referrals
Key Skills Required
- Basic communication skills (Hindi + basic English)
- Convincing and negotiation ability
- Target-oriented mindset (very important)
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, CRM)
- Presentable personality
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduate preferred (can consider 12th pass with good communication)
- Experience upto one year or more than that
- : ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 fixed + incentives
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
