Job Description
We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our health and fitness supplements store. The candidate will be responsible for assisting customers, promoting products, and ensuring a positive in-store experience.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Greet customers and understand their fitness and nutrition requirements.
- Explain product benefits, usage, and dosage of gym and health supplements.
- Promote ongoing offers, new products, and best-selling items.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to store growth.
- Handle billing, cash, UPI, and card transactions.
- Maintain proper product display, cleanliness, and stock arrangement.
- Assist in stock checking, expiry monitoring, and replenishment.
- Handle customer queries and resolve basic complaints politely.
- Maintain basic sales records and daily reports.
- Follow store policies, hygiene, and customer service standards.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum qualification: 10+2 / PUC / Any graduate (preferred).
- Freshers are welcome (training will be provided).
- Interest in fitness, gym, health, and nutrition products is a plus.
- Good communication and customer-handling skills.
- Ability to work in shifts and on weekends, if required.
