Role Overview
We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Motion Graphics Designer (video editor) to join our in-house team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in creating motion graphics and editing videos for eLearning, corporate films, and social media content.
Key Responsibilities
- Create engaging videos
- Design and develop motion graphics videos for eLearning modules
- Edit training videos for eLearning, corporate films, and social media content
- Work closely with instructional designers, content writers, and project managers
- Translate scripts and storyboards into high-quality visual outputs
- Ensure consistency in branding, visual style, and quality standards
- Meet project timelines while maintaining attention to detail
- Incorporate feedback and revisions efficiently
Required Skills
- Strong working knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro
- Good command of Adobe Photoshop
- Basic knowlege in Adobe After Effects is a plus
- Understanding of motion graphics principles, transitions, and visual storytelling
- Basic knowledge of audio syncing and video formats
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in eLearning or corporate training videos
- Familiarity with storyboards and instructional content
- Knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and techniques
- Able to work with various AI tools
