Role Info:
In this role you will Counsel / Advise aspiring professionals and students how to upskill and leverage from Online learning to accelerate their career growth. This is an individual contributor role in a target oriented environment that emphasizes on spreading the unique and flexible way of learning opportunities available from top institutes and universities. Aspirants require a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in Academic /Career Counselling, Edtech Sales, Inside Sales, Tele Sales. Need desire to work in startup kind of environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Have to do consultative sales with leads, generate prospects and ensure closures.
- Understand Customer profiles, interests and explain the learning opportunities available to upskill and upgrade through a structured Counselling.
- To be able to guide and inform on enquired products / services and Handle queries.
- Learn/Upgrade one’s own Product Knowledge, Sales Skills, market understanding and other desired skills regularly to excel in the desired position.
- Have good communication skills in English with good telephone etiquette.
- Should have Keen interest in education counselling, Knack for sales and in mentoring.
- Should be Admissions Target driven with a problem-solving approach.
Desired Skills:
- Any Graduate / Post graduate degree
- Good Listening and presentation skills. Should be persistent
- Knowledge on Inside sales, Direct Sales , Career Counselling or Academic Counselling.
- Knowledge on Lead Generation, Prospecting , Cold Calling from various sources.
- Exposure to Social media and CRM would be plus with good computer interface.
