We are looking for a skilled Salesforce Developer with 4–6 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce design, configuration, customization, and development.
Required Skills:
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Marketing Cloud, and Experience Cloud.
- Strong hands-on experience with Apex, Visualforce, Triggers, Batch Apex, Scheduled Apex, Lightning Components/LWC.
- Good knowledge of Salesforce Flows, Validation Rules, Approval Processes, Security Model, Data Model, Reports, and Dashboards.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and Web Services.
- Experience with Data Loader, Workbench, Jitterbit, Import Wizard, or similar data migration tools.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce platform capabilities, best practices, and limitations.
- Proficiency in JavaScript, jQuery, AJAX, HTML, and CSS.
- Ability to work independently and mentor junior team members.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Preferred:
- Salesforce Certifications (PD1, PD2, Admin, etc.).
- Client-facing experience.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
