Roles & Responsibilities
· Maintain complete books of accounts for export and domestic operations.
· Prepare export documentation: Invoices, Packing Lists, Shipping Bills, BRCs, etc., and coordinate with CHA, shipping lines, and banks.
· Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliances with timely and accurate filings.
· Manage staff and labour accounts, including attendance, advances, wages, overtime, and settlements.
· Reconcile buyer/vendor accounts, staff/labour Statement, and bank statements.
· Coordinate with banks for export payments, LC, BRC submission, fund management, and other banking transactions.
· Monitor receivables/payables and ensure timely realization of export proceeds and domestic payments.
· Prepare MIS reports, costing, budgets, and financial statements for management.
· Arrange and coordinate statutory/internal audits and ensure compliance.
· Collaborate with Export, Production, Accounts, and Logistics teams for smooth financial operations.
· Ensure accuracy, record-keeping, and compliance with accounting standards and company policies.
Candidate Profile
Experience
· Minimum 7 years of experience.
· Semi-Qualified Chartered Accountants (CA Inter) are encouraged to apply.
Skills & Competencies
· Proficiency in Tally/ERP and MS Excel.
· Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, export documentation, BRC, and banking processes.
· Proven experience in maintaining books of accounts and coordinating audits.
· Good communication, analytical, and coordination skills.
· Attention to detail, accuracy, and time management.
· Ability to lead and manage a small accounts team.
