We are seeking an experienced and results-driven E-commerce Manager with hand on experience in managing online marketplaces and e-commerce operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving online sales growth, managing marketplace accounts, leading cross-functional teams, optimizing digital performance, and developing strategies to scale brands across major e-commerce platforms such as Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute e-commerce strategies to drive revenue growth and profitability.
- Manage end-to-end operations across marketplaces including Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Lead and mentor the e-commerce team, ensuring achievement of business objectives and KPIs.
- Oversee catalog management, product listings, content optimization, pricing, and inventory planning.
- Plan and execute marketplace promotions, campaigns, and sales events.
- Analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, and supply chain teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Manage relationships with marketplace account managers and external partners.
- Monitor key performance metrics including GMV, ROAS, conversion rates, traffic, and profitability.
- Ensure accurate order processing, inventory management, reconciliations, and customer satisfaction.
- Develop annual budgets, forecasts, and business plans for e-commerce channels.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and scalability.
- Stay updated with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging e-commerce technologies.
Required Skills
- Strong expertise in marketplace management and e-commerce operations.
- Proven experience in scaling brands on Myntra, AJIO, Nykaa, Amazon, and Flipkart.
- Excellent leadership, team management, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making abilities.
- Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, reporting tools, and e-commerce analytics.
- Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with ERP, OMS, and inventory management systems.
Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹80,000.00 per month
