Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and responsible Warehouse Executive with 2–3 years of experience in a sterile pharmaceutical manufacturing environment. The candidate will be responsible for warehouse operations, material receipt, storage, issuance, inventory control, documentation, and compliance with GMP requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive, inspect and verify incoming raw materials, packaging materials and other items.
- Ensure proper storage of materials as per defined storage conditions and GMP requirements.
- Maintain proper identification, status labelling and segregation of materials.
- Handle GRN, material receipt, issue and stock transfer documentation.
- Ensure FIFO/FEFO practices for material movement.
- Issue raw materials and packaging materials as per approved requisitions/BOM.
- Maintain accurate stock records and conduct periodic physical inventory checks.
- Coordinate with QA, Production, QC, Purchase and other departments for material-related activities.
- Ensure proper handling of quarantine, approved, rejected and returned materials.
- Maintain warehouse housekeeping and pest-control requirements.
- Monitor temperature and humidity conditions in storage areas, wherever applicable.
- Ensure compliance with GMP, GDP, SOPs and safety requirements.
- Support internal, customer and regulatory audits related to warehouse activities.
- Maintain warehouse records, logbooks and other relevant documentation.
- Identify and report stock discrepancies, damaged materials and expiry/near-expiry materials.
- Participate in periodic stock reconciliation and inventory control activities.
- Follow proper gowning and material movement procedures applicable to sterile manufacturing areas.
Qualification
- B.Sc / M.Sc / B.Pharm / M.Pharm / B.Tech / Diploma in a relevant discipline.
- 2–3 years of relevant experience in a pharmaceutical/sterile manufacturing company.
- Good knowledge of GMP, GDP, warehouse practices and documentation.
- Working knowledge of ERP/SAP will be an added advantage.
- Good communication, coordination and documentation skills.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
