We are hiring experienced professionals for the role of Manager – PNC Claims for a reputed organization based in Pune.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage Property & Casualty (PNC) Claims operations
Handle large teams with span control of 100+ employees
Ensure smooth claims processing and operational efficiency
Monitor team productivity and performance
Drive leadership, team management, and stakeholder coordination Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum 14 years of overall experience
Minimum 2+ years of experience as Manager/Senior Manager on papers
Minimum 5 years of experience in PNC Claims
Strong expertise in Property & Casualty Claims
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Comfortable working in night shifts
