Job Summary
We are looking a creative and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead residential apartment interior design projects from concept to completion. The ideal candidate should have strong design expertise, excellent client communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects while ensuring high-quality execution.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead apartment interior design projects from concept to final handover.
- Meet clients to understand their requirements, lifestyle, and budget.
- Develop space plans, mood boards, 2D drawings, and 3D visualizations.
- Select materials, finishes, furniture, lighting, and décor elements.
- Coordinate with architects, project managers, vendors, and contractors.
- Supervise site execution to ensure design quality and project timelines.
- Review drawings and technical documentation before execution.
- Mentor junior designers and maintain design standards.
- Stay updated with the latest interior design trends and materials.
Required Skills
- Strong knowledge of residential apartment interiors.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, 3ds Max, V-Ray, Revit, Photoshop, or similar design software.
- Excellent space planning and detailing skills.
- Strong presentation, communication, and client management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Knowledge of construction processes, materials, and site execution.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field.
- 5–8+ years of experience in residential/apartment interior design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing completed apartment or residential projects.
Preferred
- Experience leading design teams.
- Knowledge of project budgeting and vendor management.
- Experience working on luxury or premium residential interiors.
Pay: ₹70,000.00 - ₹85,000.00 per month
