We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Interior Sales Manager to lead sales activities for our interior design and furniture business. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in the interior design, modular furniture, modular kitchen, home décor, or related industries and possess strong client acquisition and revenue-generation skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Generate and convert qualified leads into sales.
- Conduct client meetings, site visits, and project consultations.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable interior solutions.
- Coordinate with designers and project teams to ensure smooth project execution.
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and sales presentations.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
- Track sales pipeline and maintain CRM records.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Develop referral and channel partner networks.
- Follow up with prospects and close deals within the defined timeline.
Target & Performance Expectations
- Monthly sales target achievement is mandatory.
- Consistently achieve or exceed assigned revenue goals.
- Maintain a high lead-to-conversion ratio.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Submit weekly and monthly sales performance reports.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of sales experience in:
- Modular Kitchens
- Home Interiors
- Furniture Industry
- Interior Design Companies
- Home Décor Products
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and clients simultaneously.
Preferred Candidate Profile
- Experience in interior, furniture, modular kitchen, or home improvement sales.
- Proven track record of achieving monthly sales targets.
- Strong understanding of residential interior projects.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.
- Own vehicle and willingness to travel for client meetings is an advantage.
Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
