- Own and drive the agency’s business development function, identifying, pursuing, and closing new opportunities in employer branding, internal communications, and culture-led creative solutions.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiations and deal closure, ensuring consistent revenue growth aligned with agency targets.
- Develop strategic relationships with HR, Marketing, and Leadership decision-makers, positioning the agency as a trusted partner for employer brand strategy, EVP development, recruitment marketing, and internal communications.
- Lead end-to-end pitch processes, crafting commercially sound proposals and persuasive presentations that translate creative thinking into clear business value.
- Collaborate with leadership, strategy, and creative teams to shape winning solutions that respond to client challenges while supporting long-term agency growth.
- Track market trends, competitor activity, and workplace shifts to proactively identify new revenue streams, partnership opportunities, and areas for expansion.
- Proven experience in business development or sales within an advertising, marketing, or employer branding agency environment, with a clear track record of revenue contribution.
- Strong commercial acumen and confidence in managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting to closing, in a consultative and solution-led setting.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and articulate creative solutions in clear business terms.
- A strategic, goal-oriented mindset with the discipline to build a pipeline, meet targets, and consistently deliver measurable results.
- Energetic, bold, and naturally extroverted, with the confidence to initiate conversations, build rooms of opportunity, and represent the agency with presence and credibility.
