Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Closing Manager to manage end-to-end sales closures for residential and projects. The candidate will be responsible for converting site visits into bookings, handling negotiations, coordinating documentation, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from booking to possession.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle walk-in customers and qualified leads.
- Conduct project presentations, site visits, and unit walkthroughs.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable inventory.
- Negotiate pricing, payment plans, and offers to close deals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Coordinate with CRM, legal, accounts, and banking teams for documentation and payment processing.
- Ensure timely collection of booking amounts and pending dues.
- Maintain lead tracking, follow-ups, and MIS reports in CRM.
- Guide customers through agreement registration and possession formalities.
- Build strong customer relationships to generate referrals and repeat business.
Candidate Requirements
- Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred).
- 3–8 years of experience in Real Estate Sales/Closing.
- Strong negotiation and deal-closing skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Good understanding of home loans, legal documentation, and RERA compliance.
- Ability to work independently and achieve revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, CRM software, and sales reporting tools.
