Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic, self-motivated, and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to strengthen our B2B sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills, a strong passion for sales, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships. The candidate must be willing to travel extensively across Kerala to generate new business opportunities and achieve sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new B2B business opportunities across Kerala. Generate leads through field visits, customer meetings, and market research. Meet and exceed monthly and annual sales targets. Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective customers. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to customers. Prepare and submit quotations, negotiate prices, and close sales. Follow up on enquiries, purchase orders, and payment collections. Coordinate with the internal sales, logistics, and customer support teams for timely deliveries. Monitor competitor activities and market trends. Maintain daily visit reports and update CRM/sales records. Represent the company professionally and maintain a positive brand image.
Required Skills
- Strong B2B Sales and Business Development skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Good negotiation and closing skills. Customer relationship management abilities. Target-oriented with a positive attitude. Strong presentation and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently with minimum supervision. Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Odoo Software is an advantage). Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
