We are engaged in the servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and commissioning of various CNC and PLC-based machines across multiple locations in India. Our major clients include Indian Railways, Defence establishments, Metro Rail projects, and other industrial organizations. The primary CNC control systems serviced are Siemens and Fanuc.

Service Engineer – CNC/PLC Machines
Job Location
Multiple project sites across India (extensive travel required).
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and repair CNC and PLC-based machines at customer sites.
- Read, interpret, and analyze electrical drawings, schematics, and control circuits.
- Diagnose and resolve electromechanical faults in machine tools and industrial equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance, breakdown maintenance, and system health checks.
- Work on Siemens and Fanuc CNC control systems, drives, motors, and associated hardware.
- Carry out machine commissioning, installation support, and performance testing.
- Coordinate with customers and site personnel to ensure timely resolution of technical issues.
- Prepare service reports and maintain records of maintenance activities.
- Travel to various project locations across India as per service requirements.
Required Skills & Knowledge
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings and circuit diagrams.
- Hands-on experience in electromechanical troubleshooting and fault diagnosis.
- Good knowledge of Siemens CNC systems.
- Working knowledge of Fanuc CNC systems.
- Familiarity with PLC-controlled industrial machines.
- Ability to independently identify and resolve machine breakdowns.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Willingness to travel extensively and work at customer locations.
Qualification & ExperienceITI (Electrical)
- Minimum 7–8 years of relevant experience in CNC/PLC machine maintenance and troubleshooting.
Diploma / Polytechnic (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation)
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
B.Tech / B.E. (Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation/Related Discipline)
- Minimum 4–5 years of relevant experience.
