Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Maintenance Head to lead the maintenance function across our residential and commercial projects. The role involves planning preventive maintenance, managing technical teams, ensuring smooth operation of MEP services, vendor management, budgeting, and delivering a superior customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end maintenance operations for completed projects.
- Develop and implement preventive and breakdown maintenance plans.
- Ensure optimal functioning of electrical, mechanical, plumbing, and utility systems.
- Manage maintenance budgets, AMCs and vendor performance.
- Ensure statutory and safety compliance.
- Handle resident/customer maintenance escalations and ensure timely resolution.
- Lead and develop the maintenance team to achieve service excellence.
- Coordinate with internal departments for timely resolution of maintenance issues.
- Maintain maintenance records and prepare periodic reports.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-15 years of experience in maintenance/facility management with a real estate developer.
- Strong knowledge of MEP systems and building maintenance.
- Excellent leadership, vendor management and problem-solving skills.
- Experience in budgeting, AMC management and statutory compliance.
