About the Role
We are looking for a Performance Marketing Intern who is passionate about digital marketing, data analytics, and business growth. This role offers hands-on experience in planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms.
You will work closely with experienced professionals and leadership teams to understand how businesses acquire customers, optimise marketing spend, and scale revenue through performance-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in planning and executing Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
- Monitor campaign performance and track key metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, CAC, and ROAS.
- Conduct audience research, targeting, and segmentation.
- Support A/B testing of ad creatives, copies, and landing pages.
- Analyse campaign data and prepare performance reports.
- Assist in conversion rate optimisation initiatives.
- Conduct competitor research and market analysis.
- Support growth marketing experiments and customer acquisition strategies.
Skills & QualificationsRequired
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Commerce, or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good understanding of social media and digital marketing platforms.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
Preferred
- Basic knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and metrics.
- Understanding of marketing funnels and customer journeys.
- Experience with Canva or similar creative tools is a plus.
