We Are Hiring – Site Engineer
Swanip Infracon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a motivated and skilled Site Engineer to join our team.
Location: Ankleshwar, Gujarat
Experience: 3–4 Years
Qualification: B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering
Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month
Key Requirements:
Knowledge of site execution and supervision
Ability to read and understand civil drawings
Experience in quantity estimation and site measurements
Strong coordination with contractors and site teams
Knowledge of quality and safety standards
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and reporting
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Supervise daily construction activities at the project site.
- Ensure work execution as per approved drawings and specifications.
- Monitor project progress and maintain daily site reports.
- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and project stakeholders.
- Manage manpower, materials, and site resources effectively.
- Ensure quality control and adherence to safety standards.
- Conduct regular site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Maintain project documentation and progress records.
