Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior ServiceNow Developer with 8+ years of hands-on experience in ServiceNow platform development. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in UI Builder, Agent Workspace, Configurable Workspaces, Playbook Configuration, and Remote Support. This role involves designing, developing, and enhancing modern ServiceNow solutions while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality business applications.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop applications using ServiceNow UI Builder.
- Configure and customize Agent Workspace and Configurable Workspaces.
- Develop and maintain Playbook configurations.
- Configure and support Remote Support/Remote Help capabilities.
- Develop custom applications, workflows, UI components, and integrations.
- Configure Flow Designer, Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, Script Includes, and REST/SOAP integrations.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to implement business requirements.
- Perform code reviews, unit testing, deployments, and production support.
- Ensure application performance, security, and adherence to ServiceNow best practices.
Required Skills
- 8+ years of ServiceNow development experience.
- Strong expertise in UI Builder and Configurable Workspaces.
- Hands-on experience with Agent Workspace.
- Experience with Playbook Configuration.
- Knowledge of Remote Support/Remote Help.
- Strong JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting skills.
- Experience with Flow Designer, IntegrationHub, REST APIs, and Service Catalog.
- Experience working with ITSM, CSM, HRSD, or FSM modules.
- Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA).
- ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD).
- Additional ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
