Job Summary
We are looking for skilled HVAC & Air Handling Unit (AHU) Technicians responsible for installation, servicing, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of HVAC systems, AHUs, ventilation systems, ducting, chillers, and related mechanical equipment for industrial and commercial facilities.
The candidate should have practical field experience in preventive and breakdown maintenance of HVAC systems and must be capable of handling site work independently.
Key Responsibilities
- Installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC and AHU systems
- Preventive and breakdown maintenance of AHUs, FCUs, ducting, chillers, cooling systems, and ventilation units
- Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults in HVAC systems
- Cleaning, servicing, and replacement of filters, belts, motors, bearings, dampers, and coils
- Monitor system performance and ensure efficient operation
- Read technical drawings and maintenance manuals
- Maintain service reports and maintenance records
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and site protocols
- Coordinate with contractors, supervisors, and clients during maintenance activities
- Required Skills
- Knowledge of HVAC systems, AHUs, FCUs, ducting, ventilation systemsQualification
- ITI / Diploma in Refrigeration & Air Conditioning / Mechanical / Electrical
- Minimum 2–5 years experience in HVAC maintenance preferred
- Basic electrical troubleshooting skills
- Understanding of compressors, motors, thermostats, and control panels
- Ability to use HVAC tools and testing instruments
- Site maintenance and troubleshooting experience
- Ability to work independently and in teams
Salary
₹18,000 – ₹35,000 per month
(Depending on experience and skills)
