Job Responsibilities :
Handle end-to-end recruitment.
Manage employee onboarding and exit formalities.
Maintain attendance, leave, and HR records.
Implement HR policies and ensure statutory compliance.
Coordinate payroll and employee engagement activities.
Handle employee relations and grievance resolution.
Prepare HR reports and MIS.
Requirements :
Bachelor's/Master's degree in HR or related field.
Minimum 10 years of HR experience.
Good knowledge of labor laws, payroll, and recruitment.
Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and HRMS.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
