IT Admin
Role Overview
We are looking for a hands-on IT Administrator to manage office IT infrastructure, security, hardware, and user support. The role ensures stable systems, secure data, and smooth day-to-day operations across network, devices, and business tools.
Key ResponsibilitiesIT Infrastructure & Network
- Install, configure, and maintain LAN, Wi-Fi, routers, switches, and access points (TP-Link or similar).
- Manage IP configuration, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and resolve connectivity or bandwidth issues.
- Coordinate with ISPs (Jio, Airtel) for outages, upgrades, and SLA management.
- Monitor network performance and maintain secure WiFi including guest networks.
- Handle structured cabling and network wiring.
Server, Backup & Data
- Manage NAS server including storage allocation, access permissions, and performance.
- Maintain automated backups and disaster recovery processes.
- Ensure data security and integrity.
Security & Access Control
- Manage firewall, antivirus, endpoint security, and user permissions.
- Conduct basic security audits and ensure cybersecurity best practices.
- Manage physical access control systems.
Password & User Management
- Administer Dashlane for password and credential access.
- Manage onboarding/offboarding including account setup, asset allocation, and access revocation.
- Implement 2FA and maintain credential hygiene.
- Train team on password security practices.
Hardware & Systems
- Procure, install, and maintain laptops, desktops, printers, and peripherals.
- Install and troubleshoot Windows and macOS systems.
- Manage IP cameras, CCTV systems, and ensure uptime.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and coordinate repairs or replacements.
Technical Support
- Provide first-line support for OS, software, email, calendar, and productivity tools.
- Resolve Notion workspace issues and support biometric attendance systems.
- Document recurring issues and maintain IT knowledge base.
Systems & Tool Integration
- Ensure smooth functioning of ecommerce, CRM, analytics, and internal tools.
- Coordinate software updates, patches, and system improvements.
- Maintain IT SOPs and documentation.
Collaboration
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and service providers.
- Support employee IT onboarding and system setup.
- Communicate maintenance schedules and technical updates.
Required Skills
- 1–3 years experience in IT Support or IT Administration.
- Strong understanding of networking (LAN, WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
- Experience with NAS servers, routers, switches, and WiFi setup.
- Proficiency in Windows and basic macOS troubleshooting.
- Experience with Dashlane or similar password tools.
- Knowledge of CCTV/IP cameras and hardware troubleshooting.
- Understanding of cybersecurity basics.
- Good communication skills in English and Hindi.
- Ability to independently manage tasks and priorities.
Good to Have
- Experience with Notion, Shopify, CRM tools, or HRMS systems.
- Basic understanding of cloud backup solutions.
- Startup or D2C environment experience.
- Certifications like CCNA or Security+.
