The following will be your jobs and responsibilities: -
1) To work as per NABL 17025 standards. with all roles & responsibilities of TM as per nabl.
2) The requirement is for carrying out Calibration, training of all type of Measuring
Instruments/Gauges/Equipment as per NABL norms:-
a) Cleaning of the measuring instrument / gauges & removing the old sticker while carrying out calibration.
b) Visual Inspection for any damage / abnormalities.
c) Record duly authorized reading in error chart & producing of same in report format.
d) Compare reading with allowable values in standards
e) Calibration using Masters.
f) Zero setting & repair.
g) Providing suitable stickers on instruments / gauges/ equipment’s after calibration
h) Updating the calibration details in hard and soft copy
i) Generating Calibration reports Documentation work as per NABL 17025 standard
Personnel is required to evaluate work requirement on continuous basis & take necessary
Action to ensure that assigned work is completed within desired delivery period.
- Developing NABL Scope as well as Calibration.
- Bringing more business by meeting clients related to all fields of Calibration like UTM, Hardness, Mechanical, Electrical and Thermal instruments etc.
- Repair, Handling & Storage of Calibration items.
- Need to work as & when required as per company requirements as well as provide training to the fellow staffs of RSCPL to develop quality team.
- Over time work need to be done as per company requirements.
- Onsite & Lab work to be done as per company requirements. Build lab team , provide training & development
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
