Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive to drive sales growth by identifying new business opportunities and building strong client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities
- Generate leads and convert them into sales
- Build and maintain relationships with clients
- Achieve sales targets and business goals
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution
Requirements:
- Any degree / MBA preferred
- 1–3 years of experience in sales/business development
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and target-oriented
