Job Description: UI/UX Developer (0-2 Years of Experience)
Company Overview
We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented UI/UX Developer to join our team. As a UI/UX Developer, you will be responsible for transforming UI/UX designs into responsive, interactive, and high-performance web applications while ensuring an exceptional user experience. You will work closely with UI/UX designers, product managers, and backend developers to develop intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly digital products. This position is ideal for someone with 1–4 years of experience in front-end development who is passionate about creating seamless user experiences and building modern, scalable web applications using the latest front-end technologies.
Position: UI/UX Developer
Role and Responsibilities
- Design modern, responsive Web & Mobile UI/UX in Figma & develop in Ionic.
- Use Google Stitch to generate UI concepts and convert them into production-ready Figma designs.
- Strictly follow the existing THS Design System reuse components, colors, typography, and layouts.
- Create developer-ready designs in Ionic, Angular, HTML & CSS implementation.
- Collaborate with Product, BA, and Development teams to deliver intuitive, consistent user experiences.
Qualifications and Skills
- Experience: 0-2 years of hands-on experience in Ionic framework development.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in Figma and Design Systems.
- Experience with Google Stitch UI generation tools.
- Good understanding of Ionic, Angular, HTML5, and CSS3.
- Knowledge of responsive, mobile-first, and enterprise application design.
Soft Skills:
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
Education
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent practical experience will also be considered.
Location
This position is based at our office in Pune, Maharashtra.
