Key Responsibilities:
· Identify and engage top-tier talent that meets our client’s requirements and cultural fit.
· Manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiations.
· Leverage sourcing tools, social media, and internal databases to build strong talent pipelines.
· Provide a positive candidate experience and uphold the brand in every interaction.
· Collaborate with team members to ensure timely closures and meet revenue targets.
· Stay updated with market trends and hiring best practices to continuously improve our processes.
What You’ll Need:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
· 1-3 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a track record of successful hires.
· Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
· Proficiency in applicant tracking systems, job portals, and sourcing strategies.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
