- Ensure smooth scheduling of consultations, treatments, and follow-ups.
- Maintain clinic hygiene, safety, and regulatory compliance.
- Monitor inventory of products, supplements, and treatment supplies.
- Supervise nutritionists, therapists, counselors, receptionists, and support staff.
- Create work schedules and manage attendance.
- Motivate the team to achieve clinic goals.
- Ensure a high standard of customer service.
- Handle client concerns, complaints, and escalations.
- Monitor client satisfaction and retention.
- Support clients throughout their weight-loss journey.
