As we continue to expand our operations in various states, we are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. This position will play a pivotal role in our expansion by establishing and nurturing relationships with partners and customers.
Job Description:
Role and Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis : Analyze market data and find opportunities of expansion.
- Partnership Management : Actively pursue and secure new partnerships, establishing a strong relationship with the Venue partners.
- Reporting and Analytics : Provide regular reports and updates to the management team, highlighting progress and areas for improvement.
- Business Support : Maintain consistent communication with partners to understand their needs, address concerns, and explore additional collaboration possibilities.
Requirements:
- Master’s/ Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 1 year in business development or sales
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to engage with clients and partners effectively.
- Strategic thinking and analytical skills to identify opportunities and make data-driven decisions.
- Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
