Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and cook a variety of Indian dishes, tandoori breads, kebabs, and other tandoor specialties.
- Ensure consistency in food quality, taste, and presentation as per standard recipes.
- Maintain cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety standards in the kitchen.
- Assist in stock management, inventory control, and minimizing food wastage.
- Work closely with the kitchen team to ensure smooth daily operations.
Requirements
- 10–15 years of experience in Indian Cuisine & Tandoor in hotels or restaurants.
- Strong knowledge of authentic Indian cooking techniques and tandoor operations.
- Good understanding of food safety and hygiene standards.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment with a positive attitude.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
