Job Title: Customer Care Executive (CCE)

Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Job Summary
We are looking for a Customer Care Executive with fluent English communication skills. The candidate will be responsible for handling customer interactions, resolving queries, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer calls, emails, and chat support.
- Communicate professionally in English with customers.
- Resolve customer queries and complaints efficiently.
- Maintain customer records and update CRM/software.
- Follow up on customer requests and issues.
- Coordinate with internal teams for issue resolution.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and service quality.
Mandatory Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written English (Compulsory).
- Good telephone etiquette and communication skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, Internet).
- Positive attitude and customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- 12th Pass candidates with excellent English communication may also apply.
Pay: ₹8,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
