Pathway Group is looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive to handle student leads, provide basic counselling, and convert inquiries into admissions for UG/PG Medical, Engineering, other programs and Overseas Education programs.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to leads and handle inbound inquiries.
Provide basic guidance about courses, colleges, and admission processes.
Follow up with students through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Maintain lead data and conversion records.
Coordinate with the counselling and operations team for admissions.
Requirements
Any graduate (0–2 years experience in telecalling/sales preferred).
Freshers with good communication skills can apply.
Strong communication, convincing, and follow-up skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Office.
