Job Summary
The Personal Assistant provides comprehensive administrative and organizational support to senior management. The role involves managing schedules, coordinating meetings, handling correspondence, maintaining records, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
Key ResponsibilitiesAdministrative Support
- Manage and maintain executive calendars, appointments, and schedules.
- Organize meetings, prepare agendas, and record meeting minutes.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence on behalf of management.
- Draft, prepare, and edit letters, reports, presentations, and other documents.
Coordination & Communication
- Act as a liaison between management, employees, clients, and external stakeholders.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings, events, and appointments.
- Follow up on pending tasks and ensure timely completion.
Travel & Event Management
- Arrange travel itineraries, transportation, accommodation, and related logistics.
- Coordinate business trips and prepare travel expense reports.
- Assist in planning and organizing company events and meetings.
Record Keeping & Documentation
- Maintain confidential files, records, and documents.
- Prepare and manage reports, databases, and filing systems.
- Ensure accurate documentation and record maintenance.
Office Management
- Monitor office supplies and coordinate procurement requirements.
- Support day-to-day office administration activities.
- Assist management in special projects and assignments as required.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Administrative Assistant.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
