- Process monthly payroll for all employees, ensuring accuracy and timely disbursement of salaries.
- Validate attendance, leave records, overtime, incentives, deductions, reimbursements, and other payroll inputs.
- Calculate salaries, bonuses, commissions, tax deductions, and statutory contributions.
- Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws, tax regulations, PF, ESI, gratuity, and other statutory requirements.
- Prepare and maintain payroll reports, salary registers, and reconciliation statements.
- Coordinate with HR for employee onboarding, exits, salary revisions, and other payroll-related changes.
- Handle employee queries related to salary, tax deductions, payslips, and payroll policies.
- Generate and distribute payslips and tax-related documents.
- Support payroll audits and provide required documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of employee compensation and payroll information.
- Assist in annual tax declarations, tax computations, and year-end payroll activities.
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
